Account Manager/CSR

Description

Looking for an amazing person who loves to solve problems and talk to people get those problems solved! You can be our front line of support for clients and customers and help ensure that they are satisfied with our products, services, and features. The candidate would report to the CEO and COO/CTO of our company and coordinate with all groups to help deliver our great products and services to our customers around the world.

Qualifications

•Has excellent planning and the ability to coordinate and advise key stakeholders within the company

•Successfully managed and expanded relationships with corporate clients and C-suite executives

•Excellent communicator and able to interact with stakeholders at various levels of seniority

•Organizational and communication skills in customer facing roles and cross-functional settings

•Closes sales and develops flex solutions for enterprise customers

•Attention to detail and can thrive in a high-pace environment

•Team player and contributor

•Willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done wherever needed

Responsibilities

•You are responsible for both managing relationships with our clients as well as looking for opportunities to grow the partnership

•As our future Account Manager you are a key contributor to the growth and development of our company

•Own and build a book of business with key accounts

•Protect and grow enterprise customer revenue while creating an exceptional customer experience for our clients and members

•Drive revenue growth with mainly the book of existing enterprise business by identifying and executing on new opportunities, helping our clients expand to new locations and product types

•Serve as a key point of contact to your account’s key decision makers and create a touch-point cadence where you are integrated into their strategy on implementing flex strategy plan.

•Plan budgets and activities for account management in the company

• Understand customer requirements and needs to offer suitable solutions and generate new business

•Ensure the timely delivery of services and products to clients

•Resolve issues to maintain and strengthen customer trust
